Giggin' and Buskin'
I'm giggin' and buskin' I'm singing in London I used to be solo now with a band This rockin' and rollin' has taken it's toll and I'm hoping that my friends will give me a hand
It's foggy in Devon I'm here with my brethren to learn from the master The King of the Kinks I've brought a cassette too I hope that he gets to listen to it and say what he thinks
Although I'm small in stature my hat sure singles me out But unlike Margaret Thatcher I'll make you smile, following Pout
I'm married to music It's not that I choose it Zing go the strings in my heart and my hand Singin' and playin' day out and day in It's the one part of my life that is planned
I'm giggin' and buskin'
